Romanian Fighter plane Hit BY an UFO

I saw this on TV and they claim it to be "Aliens Attacking a Fighter Plane in Romania". This incident occured on 30th OCT 2007. It is said that the Romanian Government was doing some research on this and have concluded that this is an UFO. Now guys UFO means Unidentified Flying Objects. Also, they said that this cannot be an Alien attack as there were no radio signals detected. Meteors and ICE is also ruled out. Which means this can be some broken particles from another plane/satellite. Cannot be birds as they do not fly so high.
